As we round 3^rd base and head into our 20^th year here at Florida Equities, I’m reminded of the many cycles we have been through in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. We have seen the highest market rent and sales transactions in history, and during the same timeframe, we have also seen the worst. It’s been a particularly special part of our journey to have led many companies that we manage property for through the pandemic and have been able to achieve monthly receivables in the 96% and above range while many companies were shut down during that period.

We continue to pride ourselves on making deals happen in spite of the economy, being through planning and zoning meetings on zoom calls from Florida to Ohio, getting entitlements while municipalities were shut down, and constructing national retail build to suits when so many we still working from home.
